The company's location is the result of the collaboration, since 1985, of a pioneer center in the academic research on the diagnosis of sleep, and an applied research center.
So the sleep laboratory of ANGERS hospital led by Jean Louis Racineux, the University of Angers with Nicole Meslier, and the laboratory of the "Ecole Supérieure d'Electronique de l'Ouest" with Jean Pinguet sought ANVAR for writing a patent on the detection of respiratory events by tracheal sounds in 1990, when the CIDELEC company was created.
Our collaboration with the university research remains the lever for the development of our products to diagnose diseases related to sleep or control under treatment. (History)
